Build a research platform people actually read.

A freshly launched, SSHRC-funded research platform was drawing 700+ monthly visitors, and surfacing a long tail of post-launch issues across browsers, screen readers, and content rendering. Academic credibility meant nothing could feel broken.
I owned front-end features and triage: reproduced reported issues across browser/device matrices, prioritized by reach and severity, and shipped accessible fixes against WCAG. Each fix was documented so recurring classes of bugs stopped coming back.
Roughly 90% of triaged issues resolved within 24 hours. A research site that reads cleanly for everyone, keyboard users and screen readers included, and a paper trail that turned firefighting into a maintainable process.
